Oakville.Marketing is a Canadian marketing and business consulting service for renovation, HVAC and landscaping firms that sell large projects to Oakville homeowners. Behind it stands the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia; Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads the Oakville work personally. We are not a contractor: we don't build, install, repair or service anything. We help the firms that do.
Why a site just for Oakville's premium trades
Answer first: because selling a large project to a careful homeowner is a distinct skill, and Oakville has an unusual concentration of those homeowners and the firms competing for them.
General trades marketing is built for volume: many small jobs, fast response, low cost per lead. That approach does real damage in a premium market. It floods estimators with poor-fit enquiries, rewards cheap clicks over serious buyers, and makes a high-end firm look like everyone else. We built this service around the opposite habits: fewer and better conversations, patient follow-up, project pages that explain rather than boast, and reporting measured in signed contracts.
The town's shape suits that approach. Most Oakville homes are detached or row houses with owners who make their own decisions, and the town includes heritage districts, mature lakeside streets and newly built areas north of Dundas, each with its own kind of project. Our areas page explains those differences.
The group behind it
Answer first: Oakville.Marketing sits inside the Trades.Agency family, which belongs to Sedighi.ca, Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company.
Under the Sedighi.ca umbrella sit several brands: HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. Its partner firm, SAZ.ca (short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone), advises Canadian businesses on strategy, AI and revenue growth; Ali founded it and serves as Founder and Managing Partner. Together they form the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian business with its head office in Vancouver and clients across the country.
That structure matters to you in two ways. Plans and pricing follow the published Trades.Agency terms, so there are no special arrangements to decode. And if your firm later needs broader help, such as strategy or growth planning, the group can provide it without starting over.

How we work
Answer first: slowly at the start, then steadily. We measure before we spend, fix your website before we buy traffic, and judge everything by signed work.
- Diagnose. We look at your last 20 or so signed jobs: value, location, source, time to decide. This tells us which projects and parts of town to pursue.
- Set a ceiling. Together we agree the most you can sensibly spend to win one signed project. It goes in writing.
- Fix the foundations. Tracking for every call, text and email, then the pages that sell your most valuable work.
- Add channels one at a time. Usually search for your highest-margin service first, then referral systems, so each change can be measured.
- Report in plain language. Every month: consultations, proposals and contracts by source, and what we will change next.
What we won't do
- Promise rankings, enquiry numbers or revenue. Nobody can honestly do that.
- Write or buy reviews, or invent client stories.
- Lock you into a long contract. Plans are month to month.
- Hold your accounts hostage. Your website, domain, ad accounts and Business Profile belong to you.
- Give engineering, legal, heritage or code-compliance advice. We link to the official sources and leave those decisions with you and your professional advisers.
Positioning, in one sentence
We market and advise Canadian trades and home-service firms, with a particular focus on Oakville's premium homes, and we never do the trade work ourselves: no installs, no repairs, no servicing.
To see the method in practice, read the results page, check pricing, or get in touch by call, text or email.
Frequently asked questions
Who will we actually work with?
Strategy is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, and you deal with senior people rather than a rotating cast of account coordinators. We will tell you upfront who does what on your account.
Why is an Oakville marketing service based in Vancouver?
Because the group is headquartered there and serves clients across Canada. The work happens in search platforms, ad accounts and your website, and we check every plan against what Oakville buyers actually see.
Are you a contractor or a lead-reselling service?
Neither. We don't install, build, repair or service anything, and we never sell your enquiries to other firms. Our role is planning and running the marketing that brings Oakville clients to your firm, plus straight advice on growing it.
Can we see your past work?
Yes. Our published case studies are results from our HVAC work, each linked to the live client site, and Ali's broader portfolio includes more than 150 live HVAC websites.
