What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

How to reach us

Answer first: use whichever of the three routes fits how you work. Each one reaches the same senior people.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd like to talk it through. Our hours, 9 to 6 Pacific, run from noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, so a call after your crews wrap up is easy.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a site or between meetings. A few lines are enough to start.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to send numbers, links or a longer description.

We only reply to people who contact us first. We don't add anyone to lists, and we don't share your details.

What to include in your first message

Answer first: three or four facts let us give you a useful first reply instead of a list of questions.

  1. Your trade and speciality, such as design-build renovation, heritage window restoration, zoned HVAC or outdoor kitchens.
  2. Your typical project size, as a range.
  3. Where your work comes from now: referrals, search, a designer, a showroom.
  4. What you want to change: more large projects, fewer poor-fit enquiries, a better website, a fuller spring schedule.
  5. Your website address, if you have one.

A sample first text or email

You can copy and adapt this template:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [trade/speciality] in Oakville, mostly [project type] around [typical budget range]. Most of our work comes from [main source]. We'd like [goal, e.g. more design consultations for next spring]. Our site is [website]. Best time to reach me is [day/time].

What happens next

Answer first: we reply, agree a time for the free consultation, and come to it having already looked at your website and how your firm appears in Oakville search.

  1. Reply. Usually within one business day, by whichever route you used.
  2. Preparation. Before we talk, we look at your site, your Google Business Profile, and what Oakville homeowners see when they search for your speciality.
  3. The conversation. Thirty minutes on your projects, your capacity and your numbers. We'll tell you plainly what we think would help and what wouldn't.
  4. A written recommendation, if useful. Which services, which plan, the cost ceiling per signed job, and what to expect in the first 90 days.

If we don't think we're a good fit, we'll say so. Sometimes the right advice is to fix the website or the follow-up process first and spend nothing on ads.

If you'd rather prepare first

Answer first: you don't need anything polished. A rough sense of your numbers is enough, and we can work out the rest together on the call.

If you have ten minutes, pull up your last few signed projects and note the value, the part of Oakville they were in and how each client found you. If you keep a job list in a spreadsheet or field-service app, a quick screenshot is plenty. Owners who arrive with even that much tend to get a far more specific answer, because we can see straight away whether the problem is too few enquiries, the wrong enquiries, or enquiries that aren't followed up.

Questions people ask before getting in touch

Answer first: most owners want to know whether we're a contractor, what it costs and who they'll deal with.

We are not a contractor: we don't build, install, repair or service anything, and we don't resell enquiries. The Growth plan is $1,999 a month before HST, and the pricing page has the full breakdown. You'll deal with senior people led by Ali Sedighi, MBA; see about us. For everything else, the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting, and the services page explains what we do.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute consultation, separate from any paid plan. There's no obligation and no follow-up pressure.

What hours are you available?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is noon to 9 p.m. in Oakville. That makes early-evening calls easy after your crews finish for the day.

Should we call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Text is handy from a job site, email is better if you want to send numbers or links, and a call is quickest if you'd rather just talk.

Will we be passed to a salesperson?

No. You'll talk to a senior strategist from the first message. There's no intake team and no script.
