The three plans
Answer first: most premium Oakville firms start on Growth or Elite. Enterprise suits firms with several trades or locations that want a dedicated team.
| Plan | Month to month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The essential marketing work for one established trade, done properly |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels and more trades at once, with half off any Trades.Agency website package |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own marketing team with priority support, and any website package designed and built at no charge |
There is no long-term contract: a premium firm that stops seeing value can leave after 30 days' notice. Annual commitments earn the lower rate. Full details and any updates are on the Trades.Agency pricing page.
What drives the cost for a premium firm
Answer first: your plan level depends less on company size than on how many services you need and how competitive your target searches are.
- Number of trades. A firm selling renovation, landscaping and HVAC needs three sets of pages and campaigns. One trade needs one.
- Website condition. If your site needs a rebuild, Elite's website discount or Enterprise's included build may cost less overall than Growth plus a separate project.
- Search competition. Renovation and HVAC terms in Oakville attract firms from across Halton, Peel and Toronto, so ad budgets need to be realistic.
- Referral programme depth. A full referral and reputation system with case pages for every job is more work than occasional review requests.
- Seasonal pattern. Landscape firms often want more help from November to March, then less over summer.
A worked example: does it pay?
Answer first: compare the full monthly cost with the gross profit from projects you can trace to marketing.
Suppose a design-build renovator chooses Elite at $3,999 a month and spends $3,000 a month on search ads. With 13% HST on the plan, total monthly cost is about $7,519, or roughly $90,200 a year.
If the average project is $150,000 at 27% gross margin, each signed job earns $40,500. Just over two additional signed projects a year cover the full cost. Five additional projects return roughly $116,000 above it. Those are example figures, not a forecast; your own numbers decide it. Our lead economics guide walks through the same calculation step by step.
How to choose
- One trade, decent website, established referrals: start on Growth.
- One or two trades, website needs work: Elite, using the website discount.
- Several trades, several crews, or a showroom: talk to us about Enterprise.
- Unsure: book the free consultation first. We'd rather recommend a smaller plan that pays than a larger one that doesn't.
Choosing annual billing saves $500 to $2,000 a month depending on the plan, but only commit annually once you've seen a few months of tracked results.
Monthly or annual: a quick check
Answer first: annual billing makes sense once the numbers have proved themselves, not before.
On Elite, annual billing saves $1,000 a month, or $12,000 over a year. That is real money, but it only matters if the plan is working. A sensible pattern is to start month to month, review three to six months of tracked consultations and signed projects, then switch to annual if the cost per signed job sits comfortably under your ceiling.
What isn't included
- Ad spend. Paid directly to the platforms.
- Photography and video production. We'll brief your photographer and use what they produce; we can recommend what to capture on site.
- Trade work of any kind. We are not a contractor. Every enquiry goes to you.
- Legal, heritage or code advice. We link to official sources; decisions sit with you and your advisers.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the plan price?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, so you can see every dollar. The plan covers strategy, setup, content, management and reporting.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Because nothing is fixed beyond the current month, you can move up or down as your capacity changes. Many premium firms step up before their busiest selling season and step down after.
Do you charge setup fees?
The published Trades.Agency plans are monthly fees. If a project needs separate work, such as a full website build outside your plan's inclusions, we'll quote it in writing before anything starts.
How do we know if the spend is worth it?
Compare total monthly cost, plan plus ad spend, with the gross profit on signed projects traced to marketing. For high-ticket trades, one extra signed job a quarter often covers a full year of the Growth plan.
